Kevin joined Amadeus Revenue Integrity (ARI) in 2018 as a Business Performance Manager in Tucson, AZ and moved to Dallas, TX in 2020. He is a part of the Solutions and Delivery team which has developed multiple Professional Services offerings based on data and linked RI actions to RM & Pricing strategies. He is also responsible for financial planning and performance measurement of ARI.
Kevin started his airline career with Alaska Airlines in Seattle, WA in 2008, holding Revenue Management and Operations Research positions, and leading key projects in process improvement, KPI development, and system migration. He joined Qatar Airways in Doha, Qatar in 2015 where he was responsible for Revenue Management in Asia, Middle East, and Africa.

Guillermo joined Amadeus in 2018 in Copenhagen as a Senior Consultant for Amadeus Revenue Integrity (ARI). He is currently based in Dallas, Texas, as part of the Solutions and Delivery team, with a strong customer focus through the ARI Professional Services offering, providing data analytics and airline expertise to help ARI customers maximize their use of their Revenue Integrity products.
Guillermo started his career in the airline industry in 2009 at LATAM Airlines, working in various positions within Pricing, leading important projects with other commercial areas such as Revenue Management and Alliances. In 2015 he joined Etihad Airways, providing Pricing expertise to the Interline team within Revenue Management and later on taking a senior analyst role in Enterprise Analytics.
Christelle Laurent

Christelle joined Amadeus in 2000 as a Software Developer. She participated to the early stages of Departure Control System, moved to Inventory division, led a team of developers until she joined Product Management organization in 2010. She left Europe for Tucson, AZ in 2013 to join the Revenue Integrity team where she helped design the new community of products and supported the airlines in their transition. She now leads the ARI Product Management team.
Merry Susana

Merry joined Amadeus in 2017 as Revenue Integrity Consultant in Copenhagen, Denmark. She then moved to Tucson, Arizona in 2018 to join the ARI Product Management team. She is currently based in Dallas, Texas and she is responsible for providing business requirements and support for No Show Manager, Fictitious and Suspicious Name Manager and Duplicate PNR Manager products, alongside her role supporting the Asia Pacific customers.
Merry started her career in the aviation industry in 1997, worked for various airlines and roles. Prior to joining Amadeus, Merry worked for American Airlines and Qatar Airways where she was responsible in the early stage of the Revenue Integrity system, process and policy implementation, collaborated with various stakeholders in Revenue Management and Commercial Sales department for setting up business policy and led the Revenue Integrity team.
Vijeesh Kumar C K

Vijeesh joined Amadeus in 2017 as Altea Reservation and ARD Web regional Product manager in Singapore. Vijeesh was also responsible for a few of the central system revenue Integrity products. He then moved to Bangalore, India in 2021 to join the ARI Product Management team.
Vijeesh started his career in the aviation industry in 2004 and prior to joining Amadeus, Vijeesh worked for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a vendor for Singapore Airlines. Vijeesh has vast experience in PSS and Loyalty areas.
Nicola Chauvin
Product Manager

Nicki joined Amadeus in 1993 as an Airline Data Management Services analyst in Nice, France. She has served as Product Definition, Solutions & Delivery, Sales Engineer and Product Manager in a variety of transversal areas, including Availability, PNR, Ticketing and Airline Distribution before joining ARI in 2014. Her most recent role focuses on driving customer product upgrades and supporting airlines based in Europe.
Nicki started her career in the aviation industry in 1988, and prior to joining Amadeus, Nicki worked for British Airways and Northwest Airlines as a Reservation, Group Desk & Ticketing agent in Paris.
