Access to Amadeus Direct is easy using the same credentials as for Amadeus Selling Platform Connect.

Just enter these credentials in the Amadeus Direct login page (please use the Amadeus+Me login page if you are in Israel or Spain)

If you do not have Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, just follow these simple instructions to ensure you successfully activate your Amadeus credentials. This will allow you access to Amadeus Direct and Amadeus+Me.

If you don't already have them or have forgotten them, you will first need to contact your Amadeus Service Hub to request access credentials (LSS). This will generate an email to you. Then:

Step 1: Look out for the email sent from “Amadeus Security Service” with your credentials. The Login is the field you will need to access Amadeus Direct.

Step 2: Activate these credentials by clicking the link in the email.

Step 3: After you have activated your credentials, simply complete the process by validating your new password within the next 48 hours.

Step 4: Once registered to Amadeus Direct, you can then register for free to your Amadeus+Me rewards club in the +Me screen. If you are your agency's +Me administrator, you will also need to approve your agents to participate using the My Agents’ Participation screen. You will need to do this even if they previously had access to +Me. If you are not the administrator, your manager will need to approve your participation first. You will not be able to earn points or redeem gifts until this step is completed.
