What opportunities are within reach for brands that are rethinking their payment strategy?

Since the passing of the Covid pandemic, the main focus in the travel industry appears to be buckling down on providing travelers with exceptional, seamless experiences. However, is this laser-focus on the guest experience hindered by hotels outdated payment processes?

On November 8th, we hosted a Fireside Chat to discuss with our special guest panelists how hospitality payments can be better aligned to the needs of guests. The discussion was moderated by Amadeus Payments, Head of Hospitality Commercial, Javier Domaica, joined by experts from HEDNA, Worldpay and Amadeus.
