Title: Agile by the
teams: at the heart of a transformation like no other
Time: 13:30 – 14:15
CET
Pitch: The
Agile transformation in large enterprises is often associated with a change
that is imposed and therefore experienced passively by teams, but this is not
always the case. At the helm of the Agile Center of a major bank, I am both a
participant and a witness to a transformation unlike any other, initiated by
the teams and supported by the Agile Center.
During
this conference, we will explore the key stages of this unusual approach,
drawing on tangible experience and the results already observed. You will
discover how teams and organizations took the initiative to rally and adopt an
Agile approach that suits them, each at their own level. And how the Agile
Center grew with them and provided them with the necessary tools, training, and
advice.
If
you're interested in discovering the key stages of a different Agile
transformation with teams and human beings at the center, as well as the
benefits that an Agile Center can bring to facilitate this transition, this
conference is for you.
