As owner of the Amadeus Fraud and 3DS product suite, Alessandro is an expert on the application of Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements in the travel industry, working closely with airlines, hotels, travel agencies and industry stakeholders to make SCA happen.

Erik Knoester
Managed Risk Analyst for Airlines,
Cybersource
Erik is a Managed Risk Analyst with Cybersource, Visa’s global payment management platform. Central to Erik’s role at Cybersource is to work closely with major airlines and OTAs to manage and advise on fraud strategies so that they can optimise revenue. Erik has a wealth of knowledge within the airline industry, and prior to joining Cybersource was a fraud manager at Transavia for a decade. Erik has also been an active member of the European Airlines Fraud Prevention Group from which the Global Airline Action Days (GAAD) started. GAAD is a coordinated effort between airline, OTAs, local law enforcement, Europol and Interpol to combat fraud within the industry.
